Chris Munson is a serial CFO and brings with her a wealth of operational and strategic experience in growing successful emerging and evolving companies. She has led three IPOs, raised required growth capital from numerous venture and debt sources and has engaged in a variety of successful M&A activities for both tech and non-tech organizations.
Chris began her career at PWC and is a CPA . She took public Document Technologies (imaging), the California Culinary Academy (a private post-secondary educational company) and Gadzoox (storage area networking). She sold NetCarta (web tools company) to Microsoft and Weldon Owen Publishing to Bonnier Books of Sweden. Chris has acquired numerous domestic and foreign companies. She holds a BS in Business from San Jose State University.
