Chris Laudando is dedicated to bridging the cultural & technological gaps that exist between “archaic” industries and silicon valley. His career has focused on industrial process improvement and the development of new intelligent systems that transform long established manufacturing practices. His passion & unique vision led to the creation
of his first company, Robodondo, where he invented labor-reducing, modular systems that incorporate robotics, machine vision, machine learning and adaptive tooling to solve ubiquitous food processing challenges. Robodondo was acquired in 2017 by Motivo Engineering, at which point Chris shifted his focus to food production challenges on the farm, leading a team of rock star engineers and developing multiple automated systems for planting, cultivating, and processing fruits & vegetables. Chris co-founded his second company, Stout AgTech, where he served as Managing Director. Stout is an OEM of intelligent farm machines for specialty western row crops that run on Stout's proprietary AI. Most recently, Chris founded his 3rd company, Laudando & Associates LLC, an engineering consultancy focused on the advancement of AgTech, Industrial Automation, and Machine Perception.
