Chris Darling is a licensed Real Estate Broker (#00958933) with over 33 years of property management experience. She has worked in both commercial and residential property management since 1986, leasing and managing shopping centers, professional buildings, multi-family and single family homes. In 1999, Chris moved to the Fresno area where she
worked for a large, Fresno based, property management company, her main focus being single-family homes and small apartment complexes. This is also the company where she met her future boss and friend, Terry Fox. After Terry formed Fox Property Management in 2005, Chris went to work for him as head of the Leasing Department and Senior Property Manager. In Fall, 2017, Chris purchased the company from Terry after he decided to retire.
