Mr. Christopher M. Burns also known as Chris serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Andera, Inc. Mr. Burns is responsible for managing its financial growth and driving all accounting and administrative operations. Mr. Burns has over 20 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in the areas of accounting, finance, and operations for both
private and public technology-related firms. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Kaon Interactive, Inc. since January 2003 and served as its Vice President and Treasurer. He served as Vice President of Finance at Retail Solutions International, Inc. Mr. Burns oversaw all aspects of Retail Solutions' financial, administrative and human resources functions, including leading Retail Solutions' financial reporting and contracting processes, and advancing product and customer profitability models. At Kaon, Mr. Burns served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations, responsible for directing and overseeing Retail Solutions, Inc.’s entire financial operations, as well as establishing financial objectives and operating policies and procedures. From April 1999 to April 2000, Mr. Burns served as Vice President of Operations of Inso's eBusiness Technologies (eBT) division. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Tresasurer, Secretary and Vice President of eBT International Inc. From July 1996 to April 1999, Mr. Burns served as Divisional Controller of Inso Providence Corporation. He served in Senior Finance Executive positions at Electronic Book Technologies. Mr. Burns earned a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and he holds an MBA from Bryant University.
