Chet is the founder of LEAD Global, a consulting agency dedicated to helping organizations and individuals make smart decisions about the immediate future. He has served the last 7 years as the Leadership Development Specialist with the World Assembly of Youth based in Malaysia. He has worked throughout the United States and has travelled to Hungary, The Sudan, Namibia, South Africa, Morocco, France, The Netherlands, China, Malaysia, Spain, Albania and other points around the world. Chet has written several books about leadership and personal transformation including his newest book Above and Beyond All That We Know: How to how to thrive and succeed in the current world paradigm shift. He has a Bachelor Degree in Journalism from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, is a Fellow in Management with the Walter Kaitz Foundation, is the son of James and Naomi Sisk from Waterloo, Iowa and the father to two amazing sons, Chet Mario and Chase Maliq.
