Charlotte Pockendahl Andersen, employed with ATP since 2003 heads up the Business Process Managers operating across the organisation.
In addition to the Business Process Managers, the group holds the responsibility for designing the new business solutions as well as the design of the business architecture.
During Charlotte's career in
ATP, she has been instrumental in the implementation of the use of Business Process Management as an operational tool within software testing, organizational implementation as well as business design.
Prior to joining ATP, Charlotte worked as a project manager with Danske Bank, and spent 11 years with the A. P. Moller-Maersk Group, 7 of which stationed in New Jersey, USA.
