Charles Sincock is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling and operations management, having worked in financial services for many years. Sincock achieved Chartered status from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, achieving a qualification in Mechanical engineering and Aerospace at undergraduate level, before undertaking a
Master of Business Administration at the Cranfield School of Management in 2004.
After gaining his MBA in 2005, Sincock worked with Bank of America as an Investment Banker. In this role Sincock focused on a number of sectors, including infrastructure, manufacturing, retail and media, and he remained with the company for two years. Sincock then took a role as an Investment Banker at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, working mostly with mid-market mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory services and corporate finance broking.
In 2016, Sincock joined Capco as a Managing Principal (Director). In this role, Sincock is responsible for buy-side strategy, operational improvement and financial due diligence for clients that include financial services companies, asset managers and investment banks. In 2019, Sincock’s role at the company developed to include global mergers and acquisitions, which sees him take responsibility for identifying opportunities and managing inorganic growth and deal execution for the company.
As Managing Principal (Global Mergers & Acquisitions) Sincock works within the Enterprise Transactions Team (Corporate Development) to successfully negotiate large deals, and to advise on structuring and financial shaping.
