Charles Scott has served as a director of EMCORE since February 1998.
In March 2003, Mr. Scott retired as Chairman of Cordiant Communications Group plc, the successor corporation of the Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Group.
He joined Saatchi & Saatchi Company in 1990 and served as Chief Financial Officer until 1992 when he was
appointed Chief Operating Officer.
In 1993, be became Chief Executive Officer and held that position until 1995 when he assumed the title of Chairman.
