Charles Russo is the founder and President of Arch Telecom, a premier provider of telecom and Internet- based business communications services. In this capacity, Charles focuses on strategic and technical direction for Arch Telecom and our affiliate companies.
Charles graduated from the University of Texas in 1985 and immediately began his
entrepreneurial career. Charles’ deep experience has provided him with a keen eye for recognizing opportunities, and he has created a series of successful service and technology companies. Arch Telecom is a successor to one of these companies, formed in the wake of the deregulation of the telecom industry in the early 1990s. Charles provides oversight of the call processing platform and system development and focuses on delivering enterprise-class applications for larger corporate customers.
