Charles Meyer is Optron's Sales Director. He has 27 years’ experience in the Geomatics industry and joined the company in January 2003, as the Durban Branch Manager. He was promoted to National Sales Manager in 2006 and to Sales Director in February 2013 –demonstrated acknowledgement for his contribution to Optron’s sales growth and
development. He has been awarded “Salesperson of the Year” for two years.
Charles holds a National Diploma in Surveying (with distinction), is registered as a Surveyor with PLATO and is a member of the South African Geomatics Institute.
Prior to joining Optron, Charles ran his own successful survey practice, specializing in engineering surveys throughout Africa, which he subsequently sold.
