"Charles R. Linn is the President of Stage I on an interim basis until such time as the activities of the
Company require the full time services of a chief executive officer. Mr. Linn is also President of
eDocAmerica and MD Online, LLC.
He has more than 30 years of management experience in fast-paced, team-oriented organizations,
including those in the health care industry. Prior to eDocAmerica, he was vice president of project
management and operations for USOrthopedics, Inc., of Little Rock. At USOrthopedics, he raised $10
million in venture capital and built five outpatient surgery centers with over 80 orthopedic physician partners.
Before that, he was chief operating officer of OmniMedix, an orthopedic distributorship."
