Charles C. Moore

Trilantic North America’s investments in SRAM LLC, Fortitech, Inc., Implus Corporation and Nixon, Inc. Charlie is currently a director of Nixon, Inc. and SRAM LLC and was previously Chairman of Implus Corporation and a director of Fortitech, Inc. and Traeger Pellet Grills LLC. He is also a member of the Board of Visitors of Stanford Law School and the Board of Directors of Technoserve, Inc., the international development organization. Prior to joining LBMB, Charlie worked at The Carlyle Group, where he was a Managing Director in Carlyle’s middle market buyout and growth equity fund. Prior to joining Carlyle, Charlie was a Managing Director of Perseus LLC, a Washington-based private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Charlie practiced law at Williams & Connolly, clerked at the United States Supreme Court and worked in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Co. and Mercer Management Consulting. Charlie holds an A.B., magna cum laude, from Princeton University, an M.St. from Oxford University, and a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was Order of the Coif and a Nathan Abbott Scholar.
