Charles is a technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading R&D teams at successful start-up software companies.
Most recently, Charles was responsible for R&D at Sparkroom.
Previously, he ran R&D at Workbrain from the early days of the company through to the acquisition by Infor in 2007 for $230M.
Prior to
Workbrain, Charles led development teams at Octanewave and Inlogic (both with successful exits).
Charles has a BSc in Computer Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Outside of work Charles enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and playing drums and guitar.
