Charles Anthill is an organizational development professional with over 40 years in banking, including 25 years with Bank of America. Charles managed change programs in large corporate, middle-market, and private banking, and in sales, customer service, and leadership; and has extensive experience in training & development for relationship
management, sales and sales management, product knowledge, and management and personal skills development.
Charles has developed, implemented, and facilitated the management, sales, and marketing meetings, seminars, and large conferences. In addition, he has designed and developed programs on bank governance, compliance, regulatory oversight, bank secrecy, and anti-money laundering for a US state banking association.
Since joining SPP, Charles has led diagnostic assessments with bank clients in the US and UK, as well as strategy development and implementation planning engagements.
