As chief executive officer, Cerys is responsible for the company’s global growth and future direction.
With a background across utilities, manufacturing, wholesale and retail environments, Cerys is a qualified accountant with wide-ranging business strategy and change experience.
Cerys joined REPL in 2011 as a project manager and progressed to
chief operating officer responsible for digital and operational delivery before becoming CEO in November 2017.
Previously, Cerys worked in enterprise-level roles including head of strategic planning, business change manager and head of retail IT. She also has hands-on experience of implementing workforce management and back office systems.
