My time in various roles has given me a
bright vision of the different functions within a company, such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
I have seven years of experience managing people from different areas as consultancy, accounting, HR, and, more recently, security, maintenance, and cleaning teams of the co-working buildings I was responsible of managing the relationship with the various management teams of the buildings under my scope.
During these years, I held one-on-one meetings with my staff to understand how they felt at work and to define their development needs looking to grow new skills and a greater sense of belonging. While always looking to develop my staff through training, I always focused on achieving the general goals and KPIs established by function. This type of relationship allowed me to get involved with the team and their activities creating a feeling of real support as their supervisor.
My experience in customer service is the broadest in my career, Starting with my role in the Public Relations department making customer acquisition until my last three years at WeWork, where my role was wholly focused on the "Member Experience".
