Entertainment

Publications: Launched the first lead generation program for the company, creating an own in-house lead gen system, and connecting digital marketing efforts to the field sales force. Became the biggest Google customer for Michigan in 2004. Rolled out the program, including all Marketing and Sales efforts.

Entertainment Publications: Transformed the Hotels at HalfPrice program from a dual-managed (UK and US) program to a centrally run program, reducing costs, and streamlining hotel sales into one centralized team.

PHD: Created and ran the first search capability with zero investment from PHD for clients like Chrysler, Charles Schwab, and Discovery Media Networks, among others.

4A's: First Search Committee chairperson developing the first search T&Cs

Google's first Advisory Board was in 2007 as well as serving on many industry advisory boards: IBM Cognitive, Yahoo, Pinterest, etc.

Team Detroit (now GTB): Created and led a unified digital strategy team by combining resources from six agencies for Ford Motor Company and the tier 2 regional business.

GroupM: Worked alongside the industry to define and support the rollout of new technology standards like VAST, VPAID, MRAID, and viewability and co-chaired the IAB Dynamic Content Standards with Diaz Nesamoney (wrote the Foreword to his book).

Fun fact: Curated and gave tours at Eureka Park at CES for GroupM clients while Irwin Gottlieb provided the main floor tours.

FordDirect: Hired at FordDirect to lead business transformation, gaining the trust of the Board of Directors (seven quarters of Board presentations) as well as the dealers to evolve the digital media product offering. Led Strategic Planning, Business Analytics, and Ford Account teams. Proud to lead and speak about the data-led strategy to improve dealer advertising performance. Promoted to SVP Corporate Strategy and continued to work collaboratively with the business leads to set strategic imperatives, translating them into actionable goals for the company. P&L experience.

Frameplay: Led the strategy and co-chaired the committee to launch a new in-game taxonomy and viewability spec and currently drafting a new creative spec to address the specific needs of the intrinsic in-game opportunity. Won a service award from the IAB for this work. Built the BI&A, Marketing, AdOps, and initial Product team (and associated AdTech interoperability roadmap). Led strategic partnerships to ensure full marketplace ad tech interoperability to clear path revenue.
