visionary on such topics as high availability computing, hosting, and cloud computing, with a keen eye towards emerging new technologies for the benefit of Logicworks clients. Carter is also the co-founder of Breaking Media, which publishes the Web sites Dealbreaker, Above The Law, and Fashionista. Carter attended Wesleyan University.
