Caroline serves as the organization’s compass as it engages new clients, helping teams navigate the design and execution of comprehensive, precisely tailored campaigns. She is the lead cross-functional force at the company, guiding the financial and legal vision, along with survey design and implementation.
Caroline was most recently Director of
Analytics Operations at Obama for America, where she managed the largest and most accurate live voter survey operation in the history of American politics. The nightly, 9,000 complete, usable interviews enabled the campaign to understand both large patterns in public opinion and voters as individuals, driving key strategic decisions across the campaign.
Previously, Caroline worked at the Democratic National Committee, the Presidential Inaugural Committee and was one of the very first field organizers for Barack Obama, starting in Iowa in February 2007.
Caroline is originally from Berkeley, California and attended a French school as a child because her Chinese mother, avid admirer of the Kennedy Presidency and Mrs. Kennedy’s ability to chat in French, thought it was romantic. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. She spends her spare time reading Marilynne Robinson and Henry James and listening to Yo La Tengo songs on repeat, especially in summer.
