Caroline is Head of Conveyancing Support and a qualified Solicitor. She joined the company in 2002 and during her training at My Home Move, she gained experience working in High Street Law Firms. Caroline’s passion has always been for conveyancing and the property industry.
She is responsible for a wide range of teams that assist a transaction,
from when the initial instruction form is received, up until the point of exchange of contracts, including the Conveyancing Support and ID teams. In 2014, Caroline received the CEO Award for Excellence for transforming the support areas, which was presented at the annual Customer at the Heart Awards.
Caroline is a notorious bookworm and has an expansive collection of novels. “I love reading anything, from legal articles, short stories to huge novels.” Caroline explains, “My favourites are the Classics, in particular anything from Jane Austen or the Bronte sisters – I’m a secret romantic at heart.”
