Carl Lovas is the Chairman and CEO of Odgers Berndtson in Canada and a member of the firm’s international board. He leads the Canadian business and also participates in key senior executive and Board appointments. Carl founded Ray & Berndtson Canada in 1990 – now Odgers Berndtson – bringing together some of Canada’s most successful and
experienced executive search professionals.
Prior to his career in search, he worked at the Xerox Corporation in a variety of senior management roles in Canada and the United States.
Carl holds a Business Degree from McGill University. He is currently a member of the Toronto Region Board of Trade Advisory Council and the Sunnybrook Foundation Governing Council. Carl previously served as a Board Director for CIBC Trust Corporation, Chair at Tourism Toronto and Chair of the AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants).
