Previously, he led the modernization of internal platforms at HDI as Senior Team Leader for Systech Development, managing a team that balanced digital innovation with legacy system support. Prior to that, he held various engineering leadership roles at Docotel Group and its fintech subsidiary Texo, where he contributed to the development of biometric and IoT-enabled payment platforms.
