Cameron is an accomplished CFO, COO, and Board Director and has led finance, strategy, and operations in the SaaS, Fintech, and Consumer Product industries over the past 20 years. She has led successful IPOs, M&A exits, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises across startup and established companies.
Today, Cameron is currently the CFO
at Weights & Biases, a Series C machine learning ops SaaS company. Prior to that, Cameron was the CFO at Dynamic Signal, where she led the company's successful exit to private equity. Cameron also served as CFO, COO and Board Director at Bulletproof 360 and held the most senior finance position at numerous high-growth startups and held key leadership roles in both the Box and Sunrun IPO processes.
Cameron also brings deep board experience to her roles, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at EROAD (NZX: ERD, ASX: ERD) and an Independent Director at Copper Cow Coffee. Previously, she served as Independent Director, Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee, and Finance/Audit Committee member for managed security services company HSS. In this capacity, she guided the Board and management team through an evaluation of strategic alternatives and ultimately led the company through an M&A exit to private equity in 2022.
Cameron also has extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets during her 10 years at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College in Cambridge, MA.
