Prior to starting his real estate investment company, Cal gained experience in having a several small businesses in high school and college then decided to gain more operational and sales skills through working for two top customer service companies, Nordstrom and Enterprise Rent-a-Car. After these experiences, Cal jumped in starting his own real
estate company. Since creating his company, Cal has dealt with different angles in the residential real estate and construction industry, operating as a licensed Realtor and a licensed Building Contractor. Cal and his work was featured on HGTV and in local newspapers. Through the years Cal has been working towards the creation of Proof Payments to solve the issues he ran into in the dysfunctional construction industry.
