C.N. Reddy has served as a director since 2001.
He is a co-founder of Alliance Semiconductor, which until 2006, was a provider of semiconductor products and solutions, and has held various positions.
Since October 2000, he has served as the Executive Vice President for Investments at Alliance, during which time he has been responsible for
Alliance’s investments in private technology companies and identifying future possible technology company acquisitions for Alliance.
From December 1997 to October 2000, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Alliance.
From May 1993 to December 1997, he served as Senior Vice-President Engineering and Operations at Alliance.
From 1985 to May 1993, he served as Vice President Engineering at Alliance.
