Most recently, Mr. Druss is VP Marketing & Sales at Graphite GTC, a No-code Application Platform. He's acquired the first initial 10 customers for two previous software offerings spun out of their respective consulting companies, eureQa LLC,
acquired by Worksoft 2022, and InVizion LLC. eureQa LLC (CRO & SVP Sales) solves the overhead and accuracy for web regression testing across multiple environments and browser combinations, serving Sony, Bare Necessities (Walmart) and Weight Watchers. InVizion LLC (VP Business Development) reduces the overhead, and increases the delivery of, capital planning for large infrastructure, as found at customers like American Water and Middlesex Water.
With over 30 years experience, he is responsible for establishing all sales and marketing processes, revenue growth and customer acquisitions at his assignments across multiple industries, largely around improving engineering and innovation productivity.
Mr. Druss began his career designing printer and telecom devices, serving soon after in product management roles. As an early 9-year employee (#6) of Bluestone Software (now HP), he founded a services line of business from scratch without any revenue, managed sales teams and led Sales Operations. Mr. Druss managed Bluestone’s pipeline, spanning its successful IPO Sept 1999. At Vision Selling, LLC, he consulted with technology startups building sales processes, systems, staffing and their resulting pipeline growth, enabling one client to successfully exit by acquisition in just 61 days. Excelling at enterprise software sales roles at Primavera (now Oracle), Sterling Commerce (now IBM), Telelogic (now IBM) across Communications, Financial, Insurance, Life Science, Electronics and Telecommunications Industries, Mr. Druss brings considerable corporate and practical field sales experience to emerging companies.
Mr. Druss holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Drexel University, sits on the board of several community organizations, is a Drexel Close School Baiada Institute Mentor and has advised multiple startups.
