Bryce Lane has served as the President and Chief Operations Officer since 2007.
With more than 14 years of experience as both a financier and operator of consumer Internet companies, Bryce was most recently a Principal at Mercanti Group.
Prior to his financial advisory role at Mercanti, Bryce was a founding executive of Classmates Online,
serving in key operational and strategic roles during the company's most rapid growth period.
Bryce has also held financial advisory roles with Roth Capital and Pine Tree Group, where he spent time working on and effecting mergers and acquisitions, financings and strategic advisory assignments.
Additionally, Bryce was a co-founder of JoeAverage.com, an early social network focused on college students.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and is a member of YPO (Young President's Organization).
