Bryan Katis is Vice President of Customer Success at Anaplan and responsible for Professional Services, Support, Training / Education and Account Management (renewals, upsells).
Previously, Bryan was Group Vice President for Analytics and Big Data at SAP focused on go-to-market and customer success.
Bryan was also Group Vice President
& General Manager of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Solutions at SAP and was responsible for go-to-market, strategy and vision, and ensuring successful market adoption and deployment of the EPM Solutions. Over 3 years Bryan grew market share from 18% to 26% to become #1 in the CPM space.
Prior to this, Bryan was Global VP, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Regional Implementation Group (RIG) & Customer Advisory Office (CAO). He was responsible for customer success, working with strategic customers, evangelism and providing feedback to the product teams on the current and future direction of the products.
Bryan was also Sr. Director in the SAP NetWeaver Product Management and RIG Americas at SAP Labs responsible for Enterprise Information Management (Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Master Data Management and Enterprise Search) and Process Integration (formerly Exchange Infrastructure). His team focused on the integration of the SAP NetWeaver components, working with strategic customers, and enabling the field to successfully implement SAP NetWeaver.
Prior to working for SAP, Bryan was a Project Manager and custom software developer at GE Capital Consulting. Bryan also worked as a Securities Analyst at MetLife Corporate Investments Financial Management.
