Bryan Adkins is the CEO of Denison Consulting. His primary expertise is in the areas of organizational culture and leadership. Denison Consulting is a research and consulting firm that focuses on the drivers of high-performance. Bryan has led a number of culture change and leadership development projects and provides consulting services based on
the Denison model and associated diagnostics.
Bryan has presented his work and research to a variety of organizations including: The British Academy of Management, The Academy of Management, The American Society of Association Executives, The Association on Employment Practices and Principles, The International Quality and Productivity Center, SIOP and Linkage. He has been published by the Journal of Organizational Behavior and recently co-authored a chapter in the book – Advances in Global Leadership (Vol. 6).Bryan has been fortunate to have worked with a diverse group of organizations that includes HP, DLA, NASA, Merck, Reynolds American, NHS of the UK, Disney/ABC, Ingersoll Rand, Domino’s and Genomic Health.
Prior to joining Denison Consulting Bryan was a Regional Vice President for a global consulting firm. His professional background includes leadership positions in the manufacturing, professional, and not-for-profit sectors. He has also served as an adjunct professor in the University of San Francisco’s Masters of Organizational Development program.
Bryan holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Penn State University and received his doctorate in Human and Organizational Studies from The George Washington University in 2000. He lives in San Diego, California with his wife Trish.
