Brud E. Drachman served
as Executive Vice President – Real Estate and Construction of the Company from November 2002 until October 2004 and served as Senior Vice President – Real Estate and Construction of the Company from August 1998 to October 2002. Drachman previously served as Vice President – Real Estate and Construction at PEI from August 1994 to August 1997. Before joining PEI in 1994, Drachman served as Project Manager at TPC beginning in 1987.
