Bruce Warren has more than 25 years of experience in finance and administration in both public and private companies, primarily in hardware and software industries.
Prior to joining Imagine, Bruce served as Vice President, Operations, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Axiom Microdevices, Inc., a fabless semiconductor
company that was acquired by Skyworks in 2009.
Prior to Axiom Microdevices, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of QuickStart Technologies, Inc., an information technology training and consulting services company, and MicroSim Corporation, an electronic design automation software company.
He has extensive experience in managing venture-backed companies through all stages of growth, including mergers and acquisitions.
