Bruce Robie joined the FBC Device team in 2010. He is a well-rounded medical device leader who heads up the development of the spinal implant and instruments, managing engineering teams in Germany and France.
Earlier he has worked for major US medtech companies, such as Zimmer Spine where he has led groups that have assessed technology,
identified market opportunities, generated innovative ideas, developed both implant and instrument systems, gained regulatory approval, supported market launch of products and generated literature to support the projects.
He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, US. He also holds a Master of Science in Engineering Design from Tufts University, Massachusetts, US.
