Bruce Posey is the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Qualys. He was a former Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Qualys.

Prior to joining IntelePeer, Bruce served as general counsel and corporate secretary at Openwave Systems, Inc., iPass Inc. and at AuraServ Communications. Previously, he was senior vice president of federal relations and regulatory law for US WEST Communications, and vice president of public policy and external affairs for MediaOne. In 1992, former Colorado Governor Roy Romer appointed Bruce to serve as executive director of the state's Department of Administration. Bruce holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Oregon and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He is also a member of the California (registered in-house counsel), Colorado and Oregon State Bars.
