Bruce brings 30 years of financial management experience, primarily with early-stage technology companies. At Prinova, Bruce acts as the principal finance resource responsible for all finance, accounting and administrative activities. He has held numerous CFO positions for private and public technology organizations, is experienced in establishing
the financial reporting and disclosure infrastructures required of public companies and in implementing sound internal controls and corporate governance procedures. Bruce graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant. For the past six years, he has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountant’s “Performance Reporting Board”, and is the Chair of the Committee’s “Small Company Advisory Group”.
