Bruce J. Freyman, 56, is executive vice president of worldwide operations for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in May 2005. Prior to this, he served as president and chief operating officer (COO) of Amkor Technology and also held various senior management positions, including executive vice president of operations from 2001 to 2004.
Earlier, Mr. Freyman spent 10 years with Motorola managing their semiconductor packaging operations for portable communications products.
Mr. Freyman received a bachelor’s of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master’s of business administration from Florida Atlantic University.
