Bronagh first started working in Towell House in 1998 where she completed her NVQ level 2 in Care of the Elderly. She left five years later, only to return in 2008 as a Care Assistant. By this time Bronagh had also completed her NVQ level 3 and was offered the post as a Senior Care Assistant in the home and eventually then became the Care
Co-ordinator. Bronagh completed her Level 5 in Leadership and Management whilst in this post. She enjoys working here and states she feels very privileged to have been given the opportunity to progress to this position in Towell House.
