Bridget started Talent Navigation Experts in 2012 to create higher quality staffing solutions for companies and professionals in Colorado. With over 20 years of human resources and recruiting experience, Bridget is responsible for leading all strategy, finance, and administration behind the growth of TNE. Before founding Talent Navigation, Bridget
was the HR Director for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Senior Compensation Analyst for EMSC, and the HR Manager for Lincoln Plating. Bridget developed Talent Navigation’s business approach and practices to simultaneously improve the company brand and culture, serve clients as a trusted partner, and build the company for a sustainable future. In addition to her dedication to the Talent Navigation team, Bridget is a mother of two and serves as the President of the SungateKids Board of Directors.
