Brian Vientos built his career by learning the work firsthand. He started at Six Flags Great Adventure in guest services and ride operations, then moved into leadership and eventually into capital project management. That path gave him a strong understanding of how large operations work day to day, not just how they look on paper. Today, Brian
manages capital projects ranging from $2 million to $8 million. His work includes ride refurbishments, new attraction installations, queue expansions, and infrastructure upgrades. He works with contractors, vendors, park teams, and safety officials to keep projects moving from planning through completion. Over the years, Brian has earned a reputation for being steady, practical, and dependable. He has helped deliver projects on time and under budget while keeping safety and coordination front and center. Outside of work, he coaches youth baseball and has completed several half marathons. He believes in teamwork, preparation, and doing the job right.
