Brian Taylor serves as Chairman of the Board for Detechtion Technologies, and is based in Calgary, Alberta.
Brian earned his BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in 1999. Within the natural gas industry, Brian has quickly built a reputation as a leading expert on the operation and performance of reciprocating and screw
compressors.
Brian joined Detechtion Technologies upon inception and has played a pivotal role in the development and execution of the company’s overall business strategy. Brian has also led the charge in the design and enhancement of the company’s software technology, enhancing both the reciprocating compressor diagnostic program as well as developing the screw compressor diagnostic program. Concurrently he has been responsible for leading the engineering, software and business teams within the corporation.
Brian has been a part of the Detechtion team since May 1999.
