Brian Sharp leads Prime with twenty-five years of experience in the medical cost containment industry. As a Masters’ level vocational rehabilitation counselor, Brian entered the workforce with Crawford and Company in the late 1980s working with injured workers. From this base, he held various management positions within Crawford and Company as well
as other managed care companies/PPOs with regional and national managed care delivery systems. Brian as a founder of Prime Health Services, holds the current position of CEO/President and navigates Prime through the ever changing medical cost containment market.
