Brian Patten is the 4 generation in his family to work in the land business. The grandson of Harry S. Patten, Brian has literally grown up in the land business. Brian's earliest memories include looking at land on the weekends with his uncle Michael Patten, to learning to ride ATV's, camp, hunt and fish on land that the family owned.
Brian formally began his career with National Land Partners at the age of 19 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Over the next 18 years Brian would learn every aspect of the business. From 1999 to 2018, he helped his company acquire more than 50,000 acres of land and 1,500 individual lots. This experience has given Brian a deep knowledge of how to evaluate and underwrite a piece of land.
Entrepreneurship runs in the Patten family blood. In 2019 Brian founded AcreBin, AcreBin's mission is to use modern technology to share the Patten family's expert approach to buying and selling land with individuals all across the United States. Brian believes that everyone should own land regardless of the size, as land ownership is land conservation.
Brian and his wife Leigh Ann live on Amelia Island with their two (soon to be 3 in May 2021) children, and their dog Mookie.
