Brian joined Global Analytics in December 2010. Prior to GAH, Brian was a
Director in the Financial Services Investment Banking Group at San Francisco-based JMP Securities. He was the primary execution banker on approximately 100 lead-managed and co-managed securities offerings completed by JMP over a 10 year span since its inception.
In addition to securities offerings, Brian specialized in M&A and board-level dynamics involving related party transactions. Prior to JMP, Brian was an associate at Citadel Investment Group and Banc of America Securities.
He has a BS in Commerce, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
He is a founding board member of Leah's Pantry, a California-based non-profit that provides community-based workshops that empower participants to make improvements in their diet and nutrition through healthy, informed choices and simple changes.
