Brian Maples was the Vice President / Head of Science at Prealize Health.
Prior to joining Prealize, Brian was a Data Scientist at Nuna Health, where he designed and developed machine learning and analytics products and capabilities in the healthcare space. He has also been the lead inventor at Ionian Technologies, a diagnostics startup that
was subsequently acquired by Alere. While a PhD student at Stanford, Brian developed a machine learning method for large medical genetics data sets that is currently being privately licensed.
Brian received both his PhD in Biomedical Informatics and MS in Statistics from Stanford University, and a BA in Science and Management from Claremont McKenna College.
