Mr. Brian Lowe served as the Chief Operating Officer of ImmunoVaccine Inc. (Formerly ImmunoVaccine Technologies, Inc.), an affiliate of Immunotope Inc. and also served as its Vice President and Corporate Secretary until August 2010. Mr. Lowe has over thirty years experience. He was a Founder of three environmental companies based in Dartmouth, Nova
Scotia and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lowe successfully negotiated the sale of these companies to Laidlaw Environmental Services Ltd. of South Carolina. He serves as a Director of several operating companies in Nova Scotia. Mr. Lowe is a Co-founder and a Director of the First Angel Network Association, Atlantic Canada's Association for Private Investors.
