Brian Hatcher, Kidder Mathews’ President & COO, is responsible for all regions of the brokerage division encompassing over 400 brokers in five states on the West Coast, as well as all corporate operational departments. Brian joined Kidder Mathews in 1997, and he was promoted to regional president of the Northwest brokerage division in 2011,
overseeing brokerage operations, recruitment, and development of all service lines in Washington and Oregon. He has been a long-time member of Kidder Mathews’ strategic planning committee and a past board member. He is an active member of NAIOP, serves on the board of the Commercial Broker’s Association and is the incoming president. He is past president of SIOR Washington, and a past board member of the YMCA.
Prior to his current executive leadership role at Kidder Mathews, Brian was a top producing agent with the firm and a leader in landlord and office tenant representation, having exclusively represented tenants such as Sprint, AT&T, Bunzl Papercraft, HDR Engineers, PACCAR, and Univar.
