Brian Hackett, Co-Founder and Partner, was an independent author, researcher, and advisor to senior executives. He has over 25 years experience in HR research, management consulting, and executive education. A recognized expert in fostering collaborative relationships that produce both learning and action, Brian worked primarily with top executive
teams committed to exploring real change in how they work together to create value with employees for the benefit of customers and shareholders.
Brian served as Director of the Leadership Network, a group of Roundtable Forums which serves over 100 Fortune 500 executives. These Forums are member-driven, high trust, executive peer networks that focus on enhancing the strategic role of the Human Resources and Leadership Development functions.
Brian also designed and led several Learning Journeys that enabled individual executives and teams to benchmark best practices and to learn from their peers in other organizations. He has worked with teams in a variety of organizational settings to build their knowledge-sharing capabilities and to break down barriers to effective learning.
Brian was previously the lead researcher for the Conference Board’s HR research department. He had the good fortune to start his HR career with Towers Perrin. Brian holds an ILR degree from Cornell University and is currently a member of the editorial board of The University of Michigan’s HR Management Journal.
