Prior to rejoining Veritas, Brian co-founded and was a Managing Partner of North Cove Partners, an independent private equity firm spun out of Bank of America. Prior to North Cove Partners, he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of BAML Capital Partners, the private equity investment arm of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and prior to that was a
Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (MLGPE). Prior to MLGPE, he was a Principal at Veritas and worked at the firm for over five years, joining in 1999 as the firm’s fourth investment professional. Previously, Brian worked at Arena Capital Partners and at Stonington Partners. Brian holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in Finance from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
