In addition to running NocserV, Brian is very active in the Houston community serving on the board of directors for Playworks Texas where he is co-chair of the 2018 annual Get In the Game Gala. He is the president of the Casa de Esperanza Young Professionals Board. Brian volunteers as the Marketing Manager for Saint Basil Coffee.Brian is the marketing committee chair and technology committee chair for the Kiwanis Club of Houston. He is a Toastmaster Competent Communicator and currently serves as the Vice President of Public Relations for Toastmasters International Talking Bull Club 8607. He is an instructor at the University of Houston Texas Gulf Coast Small Business Development Network center.
Brian co-created and co-hosts a podcast and video blog called “Big Ideas Small Business” that is recorded live at Rice University on Tuesday’s at 3:30 PM. Brian participates in several networking groups including the Arise Breakfast Young Professionals, Houston West Chamber of Commerce, L.E.A.D, West Houston Young Professionals (WHYP) and a golf networking group called “The Deal Makers” (TDM.) Brian is a managing member of H-Town Lacrosse men’s lacrosse.
Brian is married to Dr. Alayna Pagnani-Gendron since 2012, and they have one son, Thomas born in 2015. They are Parishioners at Saint Anne’s Catholic Church.
