I started out my professional career working hospitality over four years at Marriott International all over the country. Originally from Chicago, I moved back to pursue experiential marketing. I've
armed myself with years of experience including time on Verizon Wireless Sponsorships, Verizon Championship Racing (NASCAR and INDYCAR) and three seasons leading up INDYCAR's amazing 20,000 square foot, content-rich, interactive destination for fans at each domestic race.
In fall of 2013, I Co-Founded Xocial Marketing, an event marketing agency, with zero clients. We genuinely care about the activations, our clients and their objectives.
Finally, after 13+ years in experiential marketing, I was personally tired of a broken staffing system. I launched Trusted Herd in January 2017: a universal, DIY staffing platform operating as 50% job posts, hiring and event management and 50% a dual-sided Glassdoor-like review system built on transparency and accountability.
Trusted Herd is a passion, I made it because I hate it. I'm driven to solve nearly everyone's #1 pain point in a way where every company benefits and workers are empowered.
