Prior to co-founding Eos in 1994, Brian was a General Partner and co-head of the private investment business at Odyssey Partners, L.P., a position he held since 1986. Brian was formerly a Managing Director of First Boston Corp., where he was instrumental in building the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and headed First Boston's leveraged buyout
department. Brian has an A.B. from Harvard College.
